Relaxation CD - I enjoyed this cd more than other relaxation cds because it had a constant sound. The waves sound realistic. The sounds were not constant in other cds I ve used to fall asleep to in the past, which would cause me to wake up. There is nothing more aggavating than finally falling asleep to a cd to have it snap you awake with a loud sound as the cd comes to an end. This cd perfectly lulls me to sleep and I stay there long after the cd is finished.
The Ocean and Just the Ocean - Purely ocean sounds (no music), this cd calms me enough to focus on projects when my brain and body insists on flitting from one thing to another. I own several Jeffrey D. Thompson CDs, and this is one of my favorites.
Peaceful Ocean Waves - I absolutely love this CD. I listen to it every night when going to bed. It completely knocks me out. My husband who dislikes listening to music as we sleep LOVES this CD. Recently I went away on a 2 week trip and took the CD with me. He missed listening to the nightly sound of the ocean, this says alot! I highly recommend it.Remember, You have to like the sound of the ocean to like this.
